1. “With this financing as an opportunity, Fun Chain Technology will further improve its leading position in the field of technology, and at the same time begin the ecological layout of blockchains in finance, healthcare, energy, trade, logistics, and government affairs.” Hyperchain Technology — China’s blockchain platform obtained USD 226 million series B fundraising. They believe it will be “first quasi unicorn” of the blockchain industry.

2. Chinanalysis prepared a report about the Bitcoin “whales”. According to report, there were more than 1,600 Bitcoin wallets with more than 1,000 Bitcoins in April 2018.

3. “Coinbase Index Fund gives investors exposure to all assets listed on our exchange, weighted by market capitalization. As we announced yesterday, the fund will be rebalanced to include Ethereum Classic, and more assets when they are listed by Coinbase in the future.”
Coinbase opened digital asset index fund for investments (to USD 20 million).

4. “As two Koreas move toward peace recently, KT SAT expects to launch its satellite service in North Korea, a potential market for communications and broadcasting networks.”
The only satellite service provider in Korea KT SAT is going to use 5G, quantum cryptography and blockchain for secure info sharing in order to launch services in North Korea.

5. “Yes. No real hurry, but I expect this is the beginning of a long painful road of gh toward obsolence [sic], possibly ending the same way as codeplex did. To be clear: many bitcoin core contributors already preferred moving to independently hosted infrastructure in the long run. This may or may not speed it up.” Microsoft acquires Github for USD 7.5 million. World’s leading development platform will move Bitcoin code repository.

7. “We’re really pleased to be able to announce this partnership with OKEX, which has established itself as a gold standard for crypto trading.” Waves the decentralized blockchain platform announced the run of their WAVES tokens on the OKEX. WAVES will be offered by OKEX in four pairs, against Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, and OKB.

8. ParkinGo announced an ICO of GOT (GoTokens). The leading European parking service seeks to raise USD 10 million. The public will have an opportunity to purchase 20% of GOT’s supply. 80% of tokens were already sold at pre-ICO to “reservation contracts”.

9. One of the most popular file-sharing networks BitTorrent has been sold to TRON platform and Justin Sun.
